Job Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and business development activities of a fastener manufacturing company. The candidate will coordinate marketing activities, maintain customer and market information, assist the sales team and ensure smooth execution of marketing-related tasks.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the manufacturing industry, valuable coordination skills and the ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and support the sales and business development team.
- Assist in preparing marketing presentations, product catalogues, brochures and promotional material.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, distributors and business associates.
- Maintain customer databases, enquiry records and marketing-related documentation.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and product information.
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.




- Track customer enquiries and coordinate timely follow-ups.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare regular marketing activity reports and maintain relevant records.

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in marketing coordination within the fastener manufacturing industry is preferred/required.
- Understanding of industrial products, manufacturing markets and B2B marketing will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.
- Ability to prepare presentations, reports and marketing documents.
- Organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple activities.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.

Compensation 25,000–35,000 per month (In-hand), depending on experience and suitability.
