Position summary: Hands-on Marketing Cloud Next Consultant to establish a governed email capability and deliver operational communications, templates, campaigns, flows, approvals, testing, reporting, training, and production releases.

Primary responsibilities

- Configure communication subscriptions, suppression, roles, permissions, native approvals, production controls, and operational communication processes.
- Coordinate sending-domain authentication, DNS dependencies, DMARC validation, seed-list testing, staged activation, monitoring, and sending ramp activities.
- Create the governed template library and reusable content blocks; build campaigns and flows for service alerts, maintenance, resolution notices, release notes, feature highlights, and BMP Intake and Discovery stage gates.




- Build and test the SIP Cohort 1A notification; migrate four Lightning templates and rebuild the specified Hilton RISE notifications from existing flow or code behavior.
- Support parallel runs, UAT, production releases, dashboards, runbooks, administrator and author training, hypercare, and legacy retirement.

Mandatory qualifications

- 4+ years implementing Salesforce marketing automation and enterprise email solutions, with recent hands-on configuration experience.
- Experience creating reusable email templates and content blocks, campaigns or journeys/flows, approvals, roles, permissions, subscriptions, suppression, and operational controls.
- Solid knowledge of sending-domain authentication, DNS coordination, DMARC, deliverability, seed-list testing, staged activation, ramp planning, monitoring, and rollback.
- Experience activating audiences from Data Cloud/Data 360 and troubleshooting audience, personalization, flow, and delivery issues.
- Demonstrated delivery of UAT, parallel runs, production deployment, reporting or dashboards, training, runbooks, hypercare, and legacy retirement.

Preferred credentials: Relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud certifications; experience with Marketing Cloud Next is strongly preferred.
