We are looking for a creative, curious and execution-driven Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This role offers an opportunity to work across different areas of marketing, contribute to creative campaigns and take ownership of projects from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day social media operations, content calendars, scheduling and publishing across platforms.
- Content Planning & Strategy: Develop engaging content ideas, research relevant trends and contribute to the overall content strategy.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Brainstorm, plan and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Market & Competitor Research: Research industry trends, audience behaviour, competitors and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Content Creation: Assist with content ideation, scripting, creative briefs, photoshoots and video shoots.
- Creative Coordination: Work with designers, videographers and other team members to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor social media performance,



analyse content engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media or a related field.
- Robust understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Good research, communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to brainstorm ideas and independently take them forward to execution.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
