Role Description The Managing Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Canada, responsible for overseeing overall business operations, strategy, and performance. This role involves setting long-term goals, developing and executing business plans, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and values.

The Managing

Director will lead senior teams, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial and operational reports, making data-driven decisions, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role also includes mentoring leaders, fostering a high-performance culture, representing the company in external meetings,



and identifying new markets, partnerships, and opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in senior leadership or executive roles, with a track record of managing operations, strategy, and business growth.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial statements for decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and guide high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, including experience in developing and implementing long-term business plans.
- Explicit and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the company to clients, partners, and regulators.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize multiple initiatives, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
- Understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management practices relevant to a professional services organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience working in or managing operations within the Pune region or similar markets is preferred.
