- Branch Operations Key Responsibilities: 1.

Transaction Processing

Oversight • Monitor processing of daily financial and non-financial transactions. Track and resolve transaction rejections, exceptions, and pending cases (daily health check report monitoring and resolution) • Monitor TAT adherence as per SLA with RTA/ service providers.
- RTA Operations &
- Co-ordination • Liaison between AMC and RTA for all new regulatory implementations and recent products/ features/ facilities.
- Analyse/ Review systemic issues, complaints and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Participate in system enhancements, UAT testing, and new product/ NFO launches.
- Support in Periodic review of existing workflows and suggest improvements.
- Co-ordination with Business Development &
- Compliance team for RIA/Channel partner agreements • Drive automation of repetitive manual RTA processes.
- Old / Matured scheme management and reporting • Monitoring Vendor Payments, maintaining MIS with regards to vendor, payments and provisions 3. Regulatory &




- Compliance Reporting &
- MIS • Ensure operational processes at RTA comply with SEBI Regulations, AMFI best practice guidelines, and internal guidelines.
- Oversee and ensure timely regulatory reporting (standard & ad-hoc) including FATCA/CRS.
- Support internal and external audits; ensure closure of audit observations within timelines.
- Support in preparation of UHPC agenda and presentation.
- Support in ad-hoc MIS requirements of senior management. 4.

Branch

Co-ordination Support • Support branches and investor services teams in resolving queries/ complaints.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely and compliant redressal of branch escalations • Monitor all branch compliances through checklist review.
- Back up for Investor Services team.
