Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Engineering or a related discipline.

- 10 - 15 years of experience in product development, R&D;, engineering or technology leadership.

- Experience in electrical panels, enclosures, switchgear, sheet metal, electrical equipment or related engineering products preferred.

- Strong experience in product development, design engineering, value engineering and manufacturing interface.

- Proven ability to translate customer and market requirements into commercially successful products.

- Strong understanding of engineering standards, product costing, manufacturing processes and quality requirements.

- Solid leadership, innovation, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
