Brief : Lega & Laison
Preferably a person with Law Degree with exposure to court proceedings, both on civil and criminal areas, liaison with local police, documentation connected to contracts, agreement of sale, sale deeds, preparation of brief on litigations, legal notices, etc. with valuable drafting and communication skills.
On the personality front those with positive outlook towards self and life and confident to maintain cool temper in all situations with unblemished personal honesty and integrity will be the key attribute to make the candidate suitable to the role.
Over five years of experience in those areas narrated in the beginning in the real estate sector with the above personal attributes is preferred for the prospective candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
