Job Summary:

We are seeking a experienced Manager for our Hardware Team with 15+ years of expertise in embedded hardware design, architecture, and product development. The role involves leading multiple projects from requirements definition through production, driving hardware architecture, circuit design, simulation, PCB review, prototyping, validation, and regulatory compliance activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in mixed-signal electronics, power supply design, sensing applications, EMI/EMC compliance,



and product realization while providing technical leadership to global teams and customers

Essential Skills:

- Strong experience in Embedded Hardware Design and Development, including requirements analysis, hardware specifications, circuit design, prototyping, validation, and documentation.
- Expertise in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design, including on-board power supply design (switching and linear power supplies).
- Experience developing temperature, pressure, and flow sensing-based products and systems.
- Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC design, debugging, compliance testing, and issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience in circuit simulation, worst-case analysis, PCB reviews, hardware realization, and design validation.
- Proven experience in taking products from requirements through design, development, validation, and production release.
- Experience working with COTS boards, SBCs, and external hardware vendors.
- Ability to lead multiple projects, drive technical decisions, and ensure on-time project delivery.
- Experience managing global customers, cross-functional teams, and international engineering projects.
- Knowledge of HMI and display interface design is preferred.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
