Role Description The Manager –

- Marketplace is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur, responsible for driving online sales growth across e-commerce platforms and marketplace channels. This role includes managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog optimization to improve visibility, conversion, and customer engagement. The manager will oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, and customer support, and monitor performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.





Responsibilities also include developing and executing digital marketing initiatives for marketplaces, managing relationships with platform partners, and ensuring brand consistency and compliance with marketplace guidelines. The role involves analyzing sales trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and contribute to long-term e-commerce expansion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Marketplace management skills, including experience with leading platforms and online retail operations.
- Candidates should possess Marketing and Sales skills to plan campaigns, drive revenue, and optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions based on performance insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, partner management, and clear reporting.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, wellness, Ayurveda, or consumer products, with a proven track record in managing online channels, is highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding of digital tools, marketplace dashboards, and basic Excel or analytics platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach.
