Role Description The Manager role at Delhivery in Hisar is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within a logistics facility or regional hub. This role includes planning and monitoring shipment flows, supervising frontline teams, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. The Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams such as transportation, warehousing, customer support, and technology to drive timely deliveries and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities also include analyzing performance metrics, implementing process improvements, managing vendor and partner relationships,



and supporting escalation resolution to ensure a reliable customer experience. The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.

Qualifications

- Robust operations management skills, including experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or transportation oversight.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use dashboards, Excel, or other tools to track KPIs and drive performance improvements.
- Effective people management and leadership capabilities, including team supervision, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in time-sensitive, high-volume operational environments.
- Familiarity with technology-enabled logistics systems, TMS/WMS platforms, or similar operational software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, business, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, courier, transportation, or large-scale distribution operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hisar with flexibility for extended hours or weekend operations as business needs require.
