- Checking Contractors Bill, Measurements and B.O.Qs.
- Checking Escalation (10CC, 10CA), Basic rates.
- Checking Variation or amendment.
- Checking Advances like- Mobilization, Secured, Proforma Invoice.
- Checking Extra/Deviation item Statement.
- Checking Material Reconciliation (E.g. Steel, Cement, Paint, Wooden Flooring, etc.)
- Checking Compliances & Contractual Obligation of Contractor.
- Checking Bar Bending Schedules.
- Checking Extension of Time Statement.
- Checking Technical Supporting documents like- M.T. Cs, Checklists, Pour cards, Cube Test Reports, J.M. Rs, Gate entry slips, etc.)
- Checking Site Status, Specifications, Working as per drawing.
- Checking Rates for each item as per agreed upon in the contract.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Tech/Diploma in civil from reputed institute.
- Honest & dedicated.
- Must have valuable stability in previous organizations
