Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital maintenance and facility management. The candidate should be capable of managing hospital infrastructure, electrical and mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, safety standards, and day-to-day engineering operations without disruption to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall hospital maintenance and facility operations.
- Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, carpentry and other maintenance activities.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply, DG sets, UPS, lifts and air-conditioning systems.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of hospital infrastructure and equipment.
- Coordinate with biomedical, nursing, housekeeping and other departments.
- Handle maintenance staff, technicians, vendors and contractors.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, AMC and equipment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, fire safety and statutory requirements.
- Monitor water supply, STP, WTP,



medical gas pipeline systems and other hospital utilities.
- Handle emergency maintenance issues and ensure immediate corrective action.
- Control maintenance expenses and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital maintenance / facility management is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Experience in handling multispeciality hospital infrastructure.
- Knowledge of NABH requirements, fire safety and statutory compliance.
- Good leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage emergency situations and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in 100-bed or above multispeciality hospitals will be preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience in hospital engineering and facility operations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
