Leon Grill is looking for a proactive and responsible Maintenance Executive to manage day-to-day maintenance requirements across restaurant outlets in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, attending to maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution of breakdowns and repair work.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day maintenance requests and follow-ups from restaurant outlets.

- Coordinate with vendors, technicians and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.

- Attend to electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry and kitchen equipment-related issues.

- Conduct regular outlet visits to identify maintenance requirements.

- Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns to minimise operational disruptions.

- Maintain records of maintenance requests, vendor visits, expenses and completed work.





- Follow up with vendors to ensure quality of service and timely closure of complaints.

- Support preventive maintenance activities across outlets.

- Coordinate with Restaurant Managers and Operations teams for maintenance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in maintenance or facility management.

- Experience in QSR, restaurants, hospitality, retail or similar industries will be preferred.

- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil and kitchen equipment maintenance.

- Valuable vendor coordination and follow-up skills.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel across Bangalore outlets.
