Maintenance Service Engineer

Experience: 2-6 Years

Location: Ambernath, Thane A leading provider of solid waste management solutions, specializing in Organic Waste Converter (OWC) machines and composting systems. The company delivers creative technologies that help organizations efficiently process organic waste and promote environmental sustainability.

Job Summary The Mechanical Service Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and commissioning of OWC machines, including Goldust and other company-installed systems. The role requires ensuring optimal machine performance, minimizing downtime, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of OWC machines.

 Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system faults.

 Execute machine servicing, repairs, installation, commissioning, and performance testing at customer sites.

 Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.





 Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and spare parts usage records.

 Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

 Identify recurring failures and recommend corrective actions.

 Provide technical guidance and training to operators and technicians.

 Support machine upgrades, modifications, and installation activities.

 Follow company safety, quality, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

 Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

 2–6 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or field service.

 Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

 Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
