Key Responsibilities &

- Duties

- Inspection &
- Preventive Maintenance:

- Conduct regular, scheduled inspections of buildings, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

- Implement and track a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime.

- Repairs &

- Troubleshooting:

- Diagnose faults in machinery, lighting, fixtures, locks, and structural elements, executing prompt repairs.

- Handle urgent or emergency breakdowns safely and efficiently.

- Vendor &

- Contractor Management:

- Source quotes, coordinate, and supervise external contractors and service providers.

- Ensure work carried out by third-party technicians meets quality, budget, and safety standards.

- Health, Safety, &

- Compliance:

- Ensure site compliance with local health, safety, fire safety,



and environmental regulations.

- Maintain up-to-date logs for safety checks, risk assessments, and equipment certifications.

- Inventory &

- Record Keeping:

- Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies inventory.

- Keep accurate digital or written records of all maintenance work, inspections, and expenditures

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
