Role Description The Machine Learning Specialist role at CYANAQ Systems is a full-time hybrid position based in Nagpur, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the specialist will design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for products such as web applications, mobile apps, internal tools, and AI-assisted automation solutions. Daily responsibilities include collecting and preparing data, selecting appropriate algorithms, building and evaluating models, and optimizing performance for accuracy, scalability,



and efficiency.

The specialist will collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and UI/UX designers to integrate models into production systems and ensure they meet client requirements. The role also involves staying current with advances in machine learning, conducting experiments, documenting solutions, and supporting deployments and maintenance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques, frameworks, and model deployment.
- Solid understanding of Statistics for data analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation.
- Practical knowledge of Algorithms relevant to optimization, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML (such as Python) and libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and integrating ML models into web or mobile applications.
