We are looking for an AI/ML Developer with hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The role involves taking AI solutions into production, with a strong focus on accuracy, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents for reasoning, planning, tool execution, and multi-step workflow automation.
- Build single-agent and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent frameworks.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications through REST APIs, function calling, tool calling, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Develop production-ready RAG pipelines covering document parsing, embeddings, vector databases, semantic and hybrid search, and reranking.
- Optimize token consumption and API costs through prompt engineering, context management, caching, batching, and model routing.
- Develop AI/ML models and scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies.
- Deploy and monitor AI applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with appropriate testing, security, guardrails, and human approvals.
- Collaborate with domain experts to identify AI automation opportunities across enterprise, engineering, and BIM workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Preferably 3–6 years of software development or AI/ML engineering experience, including production AI application development.
- Solid proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, and backend development.
- Demonstrated experience building LLM applications, AI agents, and production-ready RAG systems.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, tokenization, context windows, embeddings, and inference costs.
- Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, or OpenSearch.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to evaluate AI systems for accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, and cost.

Preferred Experience:

- AI solutions for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), BIM, or construction technology.
- Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Platform Services, or IFC data.
- Graph-based agent orchestration, MCP servers, and multi-agent architectures.
- Fine-tuning, quantization, open-source models, or local LLM deployment.
- AI observability and evaluation tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or MLflow.
- Managed AI platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Vertex AI.

Candidates are not expected to know every listed framework or provider. Strong hands-on experience with relevant technologies is essential.
