The Logistics & Supply Chain Executive role is responsible for coordinating customer orders, demand planning, procurement, inventory, import shipments, warehouse activities, and customer dispatches. Working onsite, the position supports the complete order-to-delivery cycle through effective coordination with customers, overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue purchase orders to overseas suppliers and follow up on production and delivery schedules

- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to support import shipments

- Manage import documentation, checklist approvals, customs clearance, and duty payment coordination

- Ensure the timely receipt of materials and their availability within the warehouse

- Coordinate customer dispatches based on confirmed and forecast orders, delivery schedules, material readiness, pickup arrangements, and documentation

- Maintain sales orders, purchase orders, inventory records, invoices, and customer ledgers using Tally ERP

- Monitor the complete order-to-delivery cycle,



from customer forecasts through to final dispatch

- Prepare management information system reports covering orders, inventory, shipments, and dispatches

Requirements

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, import coordination, order management, or a related function

- Knowledge of purchase orders, import documentation, customs clearance, inventory, and dispatch processes

- Experience using Tally ERP to maintain orders, inventory, invoices, or customer ledger information

- Robust coordination, documentation, and reporting skills, with the ability to manage delivery schedules and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
