Job Title: Logistics Facility Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for managing and coordinating logistics facility operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, packing, dispatch, transportation, and delivery of goods. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely deliveries, and proper utilization of warehouse resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily logistics and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate the receiving, unloading, and storage of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure proper packing, labelling, and dispatch of materials.
- Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare delivery notes, invoices, dispatch documents, and reports.
- Ensure proper warehouse space utilization and material handling.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities.
- Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness within the facility.
- Handle logistics-related issues and resolve operational delays.




- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Inventory and stock management skills.
- Knowledge of transportation and distribution processes.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/WMS).
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Plus Two / Degree / Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
