We are seeking a Linux system Administrator

Experience Required

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a 24x7 high-availability Linux production environment

Core Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Linux-based servers and infrastructure
- Handle cPanel/WHM environments, including account and service management
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and performance stability
- Work with WHMCS ticketing systems to resolve client issues within defined SLAs
- Assist in managing VPS environments using Virtualizor
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when required
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide technical support and updates

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Linux server administration
- cPanel/WHM
- Ticketing systems - WHMCS
- Basic understanding of:




- Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
- Load balancing principles
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, shift-based environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred / Added Advantages

- Experience with AWS or cloud-based infrastructure
- Exposure to Magento hosting environments
- Basic scripting knowledge in Bash / Python / Ruby
