The Learning and Development Specialist will support Ford Credit Services’ employee training programs at the Chennai site. Working with operations teams, subject-matter experts, and L&D; leaders, the specialist will assess learning needs, develop and maintain course materials, and deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training across areas such as Originations, Collections, Account Services, and Customer Services.

The role also involves coordinating training schedules and communications, tracking attendance and completion, maintaining learning records, and supporting learning management systems and reports. The specialist will gather feedback, help evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to strengthen employee skills and the overall learning experience.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of financial-services training delivery experience, and strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills. This is a full time, on-site position in Chennai, with North America shift timings.
