Role & responsibilities :

- Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance scalability.

- Designing and implementing standardized processes and automated solutions to support Nirmals growth.

- Leveraging data analytics to uncover improvement opportunities, inform decisions, and drive business performance.

- Building and optimizing scalable infrastructure and processes to sustain Nirmals growth.

- Leading end-to-end execution of core process improvement projects.

- Prioritizing projects, setting timelines, and ensuring rapid goal achievement

- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives and scalable process design.

- A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify root causes and measure performance.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges.

- Proven success in leading and executing complex projects end-to-end.

- Hyper-logical thinking and outstanding attention to detail.

- Natural curiosity, a proactive attitude, and a passion for making an impact.

- Solid coding skills in SQL or Python
