– Lead Sourcing ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Lead Sourcing Executive who resides in Kalyan-Dombivli (KDMC) or Taloja. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with local property brokers, sourcing property leads, conducting follow-up calls, and generating qualified site visits for the sales team.

This position requires regular fieldwork across Kalyan-Dombivli and Taloja. Therefore, we are specifically looking for a local candidate who can independently manage field activities in these locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit property brokers and channel partners in Kalyan-Dombivli and Taloja to develop and maintain business relationships.
- Source property leads and potential customer references through brokers and other local contacts.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on sourced leads.
- Generate and coordinate qualified site visits for the company's sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of broker contacts, leads, follow-ups, and scheduled site visits.
- Regularly follow up with brokers and prospective customers to improve lead conversion.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team and provide updates on lead status and market activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and site visits.

Work Schedule & Field Requirements
- 3 days per week: Fieldwork in Kalyan-Dombivli.
- 3 days per week:



Fieldwork in Taloja.
- The role requires approximately 5–6 days of fieldwork per week, including Saturdays and Sundays as per the assigned schedule.
- The candidate must be comfortable travelling locally between assigned field locations.
- Daily punch-in and punch-out must be completed through the company's based attendance system, as instructed by management.

Candidate Requirements
- Must be a current resident of Kalyan-Dombivli (KDMC) or Taloja. Candidates residing in other locations will not be preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate sourcing, property brokerage, lead generation, sales, or customer calling will be an advantage.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with property brokers.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups, and target-based work.
- Basic knowledge of the local property market in Kalyan-Dombivli and Taloja will be an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in the field regularly, including weekends as per the work schedule.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred for convenient local travel.

Job Location: Kalyan-Dombivli (KDMC) & Taloja Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Work Mode: Field-Based

Exp: Up to 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
