Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Lead Relationship Manager to manage incoming leads, connect with prospective customers through telecalling, explain solar energy solutions, and generate qualified business opportunities for the sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting the overall sales conversion process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads from digital marketing, social media, referrals, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's solar products and services.
- Understand customer requirements, including electricity consumption, rooftop availability, and solar installation interest.
- Explain the perks of solar energy, rooftop solar systems, and available subsidy or financing options as per company guidelines.
- Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, location, and project requirements.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the field sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate lead records, call logs, and follow-up status in CRM or company systems.




- Coordinate with the sales, technical, and operations teams for smooth customer handling.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
- Achieve daily calling targets, lead qualification targets, and monthly conversion objectives.
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily outbound calls and connected calls.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Appointment and site visit conversion rate.
- Lead follow-up and response time.
- Customer engagement and lead conversion ratio.
- CRM data accuracy and reporting discipline.
- Achievement of monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant experience may be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and computer operations.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work with targets and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer relationship management, or solar industry will be an advantage.
