Role Overview: Lead production planning control The Project Planning & Production Control Lead is responsible for developing and managing project and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. The role works closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and other cross-functional teams to align material availability, manufacturing capacity, and project milestones.The position plays a critical role in capacity planning, resource optimization and production scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in close coordination with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
- Monitor project milestones and overall progress, and provide timely weekly status reports to management




- Collaborate with production teams to understand capacity, resource availability and production capacity to create accurate schedule
- Sound knowledge in capacity planning and identify the bottleneck resources/process • Ensure sufficient loading of machines. Monitor daily output in terms of quantity as well as time.
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure materials available on time to start production activities.

BE (Mechanical Engineering) with 10-12 years post qualification experience with valve industry(Preferably). CTC Upto : 15 LPA (based on profile)
