Own GRC and audits end to end, with enough technical depth to validate controls independently. This is a high-intensity role that works across the full InfoSec function, not just compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Own regulatory and partner audits end to end (RBI, Co-lending partner due diligence)
- Handle RBI / CERT-In advisories: impact assessment, technical validation and submissions
- Maintain policies, risk register and governance committee reporting
- Map controls and evidences as per RBI Master Directions and ISO 27001
- Validate evidence directly from AWS, APIs, CSPM and Jira, without depending on engineering
- Review APIs and partner integrations for control gaps and fraud risk
- Support incident response, RCAs and other InfoSec work as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years in GRC / IT audit with hands-on technical exposure
- Working knowledge of AWS (IAM, logging, encryption, networking) and API security basics
- Hands-on Claude Code / Claude automation experience (be ready to demo something you built)
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer

- AWS Fundamentals
- BFSI / NBFC / Fintech experience
