Role Description:

Were a robotics and automation team building systems for industrial customers, and we need someone to own the electrical side end to end. You’ll design it, build it, test it and take it live on site.

What You’ll Work On:

- Electrical Design: Producing load schedules, 24 V DC and LV budgets, protection, wiring diagrams, cable schedules and termination drawings.
- Embedded Controllers: Designing, building and testing firmware and control electronics for outdoor sensor equipment, including heater, blower and environmental control with fault detection and health reporting.
- Control Panels: Building panels and enclosures, from layout and component selection to thermal management, documentation and factory acceptance tests.
- Earthing, Surge and EMC: Applying earthing, bonding, surge protection and EMC practice on large industrial structures with variable-frequency drives (IEC 61000-6-2 immunity).
- Site Commissioning and Mentoring: Leading installation and commissioning on operating plants, mentoring a junior instrumentation engineer, and supporting field service technicians.





Who You Are:

- The Electrical Designer: You have 5+ years of electrical design for industrial automation: 24 V DC and LV systems, protection, cable sizing and IP-rated enclosures.
- The Panel Builder: You’ve designed and built control panels from drawings (EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical or similar) and taken them through testing.
- Firmware That Ships: You’ve written embedded firmware for a field-deployed product (STM32, ESP32, PIC or similar) with IC, RS-485/Modbus, PWM heater and fan control, and closed-loop control.
- Site Leader: You’ve led installation and commissioning in operating plants under permit-to-work, including work-at-height planning.
- Plant-Ready: You understand earthing, surge protection and EMC in plants with drives.

Bonus: PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell) | KiCad or Altium | IEC 61439 | Modbus TCP or SNMP | steel, power, mining or cement plant experience | Hindi and other Indian languages for site work.
