Job Role:

- Designing land into proper plotted layouts as per BMRDA / BDA / BIAPPA norms
- Preparing Master Plan, Plotted Layout, Road Network, Amenities marking
- Working on AutoCAD 2D layout plans, Survey map overlay, FMB & village map study
- Preparing sanction drawings for approval & presentation drawings for sales team
- Coordination with Survey team, Civil Engineer & Liasoning team for approvals
- Site measurement understanding & optimum land utilization planning
- Knowledge of setbacks, FAR, road width norms & park/reserve area marking

Mandatory:

- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) - Mandatory
- Experience in Real Estate plotted layout / Township designing
- Knowledge of Karnataka layout approval norms is a big plus
- Good understanding of land topography & site planning

Software: AutoCAD Mandatory, Google Earth, SketchUp / Photoshop is an added advantage Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
