As the Learning & Development (L&D;) Executive, you will drive the growth, service standard and compliance of our bar and restaurant teams. You will design, implement and evaluate training programs that elevate guest experiences, sharpen hospitality skills and ensure seamless daily operations across front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Design

· Onboard current hires with a comprehensive introduction to company culture, brand values and service standards.

· Conduct regular workshops on guest relations, suggestive selling, upselling and complaint handling.

· Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for steps of service, bar/mixology techniques and kitchen workflow.

· Partner with the Beverage Manager and Head Chef to design specialized product knowledge sessions (wine pairings, menu ingredients, allergy awareness).

Compliance & Safety

· Ensure 100% compliance with local health, food safety (HACCP/ServSafe) and responsible alcohol service regulations.

· Coordinate mandatory safety training, including fire drills,



first aid and workplace safety protocols.

Performance & Evaluation

· Conduct mystery shopper audits and floor observations to identify service gaps.

· Build tailored development plans for supervisors, bartenders and floor staff to support internal promotion.

· Track training metrics, completion rates and the overall impact of programs on guest satisfaction scores.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Experience: 3-5 years of experience in hospitality operations (FOH, bar, or restaurant management), with at least 1 year dedicated to a training or supervisory role.

· Knowledge: Deep understanding of restaurant service flows, POS systems, inventory procedures, and food/beverage pairings.

· Certifications: Valid certifications in Food Safety and Responsible Alcohol Service are highly preferred.

· Communication: Exceptional public speaking, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
