We are looking for a responsible and experienced Landscaping Executive to oversee and maintain landscaping activities at JRC Wildwoods. The candidate should have good knowledge of trees, plants, gardening, and landscape maintenance, along with the ability to supervise gardening staff and ensure the overall upkeep of green spaces.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Landscape Maintenance

* Oversee and ensure proper maintenance of landscaping across all projects.
- Monitor the health and growth of trees, plants, lawns, and gardens.
- Ensure regular watering, pruning, trimming, fertilising, and pest control activities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of landscaped areas.
- Identify and address plant diseases, damaged trees, and other landscaping issues.

1. Knowledge of Trees & Plants

* Should have good knowledge of different types of trees, plants, shrubs, and seasonal plants.
- Understand tree maintenance, pruning techniques, and plant care requirements.
- Identify plant diseases and recommend suitable treatments.
- Ensure proper selection and plantation of trees and plants.

1. Team Supervision

* Supervise and manage the gardening team across projects.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor the team’s performance.
- Ensure gardening activities are completed as per the maintenance schedule.
- Maintain discipline and ensure proper utilisation of manpower.
- Coordinate with project Facility Managers regarding landscaping requirements.

1. Communication & Coordination





* Must be able to communicate effectively with gardening workers.
- Should be proficient in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi to coordinate and communicate with workers.
- Coordinate with Facility Management teams and vendors for landscaping-related activities.
- Provide regular updates on landscaping maintenance and requirements.

1. Reporting & Monitoring

* Conduct regular site inspections across projects.
- Identify maintenance requirements and take necessary action.
- Prepare daily/weekly work updates and report landscaping issues to management.
- Monitor gardening materials, equipment, and manpower requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture.
- Good knowledge of trees, plants, gardening, and landscape maintenance.
- Experience in supervising and managing gardening teams.
- Ability to manage landscaping operations across multiple projects.
- Valuable communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel between project locations.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in landscaping or horticulture maintenance.
- Experience in apartment communities, residential projects, or facility management will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
