Role: L3 Mainframe MQ / CICS System Administrator

Type: Full Time – Contract

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Open to all nationalities)

Experience: 8+ years

Skills: IBM MQ on z/OS, CICS, Mainframe Administration, MQ Managers, MQ Channels, RACF, z/OS, Production Support

Requisites:

- Strong hands-on experience in IBM MQ administration on z/OS.
- Experience managing Queue Managers, Queues, Channels and Listeners.
- Robust troubleshooting skills across MQ connectivity, message flow and production issues.
- Experience in MQ security, RACF, performance monitoring and tuning.
- Knowledge of MQ upgrades, maintenance, PTFs and recovery activities.
- Working knowledge of IBM CICS administration, including regions, resource definitions and troubleshooting.




- Experience with MQ-CICS integration and transaction processing.
- Strong understanding of z/OS, JES2, JCL, SDSF and system logs.
- Proven L3 production support experience, including critical incident resolution and RCA.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 support / on-call environment.

Nice to Have:
- DB2, Sysplex, GDPS and Disaster Recovery.
- REXX scripting and IBM OMEGAMON.
- ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management experience.
