Experience: 6+ Years
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in L2 / Production Support.
- Hands-on debugging across REST APIs, databases and distributed systems.
- Solid SQL, Python, Linux and Shell Scripting.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Microservices.
- Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP cloud services.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK.
- Strong understanding of Incident Management, RCA, Problem Management and Release Support.
- Exposure to production support of AI/LLM workloads.
