Application monitoring, incident management, order and fulfillment support, Pidge platform support, Vinculum OMS/WMS support, user support, vendor coordination, and reporting.
Technical Skills
OMS/WMS knowledge, Pidge & Vinculum support, SQL, API monitoring, ticketing tools, Excel reporting, and log analysis.
Preferred Skills
Retail and e-commerce domain knowledge, inventory management, logistics operations, Linux and database basics.
Behavioral Competencies
