- Source and conduct basic screening of candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain ATS (Keka Hire) and track hiring progress
- Support campus hiring and employer branding initiatives
- Assist in building talent pipelines and recruitment reports
Qualifications
- Recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- Graduates with 0-1 year experience are welcome.
Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good networking and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
