- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections across the plant premises.
- Ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.
- Monitor CCTV systems and investigate suspicious activities.
- Manage gate operations and maintain security records/registers.
- Coordinate with local authorities, police, and emergency services when required.
- Conduct incident investigations and prepare security reports.
- Verify material movement documents and prevent unauthorized removal of company assets.
- Train and supervise security guards and contract security personnel.
- Support fire safety and emergency response activities.
