About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day work at interior project sites. The role involves coordinating workers and vendors, monitoring progress, checking workmanship, and ensuring execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities, including carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing work.
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, BOQs, and material specifications to guide site execution.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and installation teams.
- Track progress against project schedules and promptly report delays, discrepancies, or execution challenges to the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager.
- Check site measurements, perform basic quantity calculations, and verify dimensions before production and installation.
- Monitor material deliveries, usage, storage, and requirements to minimise wastage and avoid delays.
- Inspect workmanship and finishes, identify defects, and follow up on corrections.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site photographs, attendance records, snag lists, pending work reports, and material requirement updates.
- Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and protection of installed materials and finished surfaces.




- Conduct basic quality and functional checks of electrical, plumbing, and hardware installations before handover, coordinating with the relevant technicians for testing and rectification.
- Assist with snag inspections, track closure of outstanding items, and support project handover.

Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, with prior hands-on responsibility for day-to-day site supervision in interior projects.
- A B.Arch or degree/diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
- Ability to understand interior execution drawings and basic construction details.
- Basic understanding of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity calculations, and material specifications.
- Practical knowledge of interior materials, installation methods, and finishing standards.

Skills & Language Requirements
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving site issues.
- Ability to manage daily work priorities and follow up with multiple teams.
- Hindi and English are required. Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Bangalore.
- Must have a two-wheeler to visit sites within the city. Travel allowance will be provided over and above salary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
