Role Description The Junior Merchandiser role is a full time, on-site position based in Gopiganj, Bhadohi. This role involves supporting senior merchandisers in managing orders, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring product specifications and timelines are met.

Day-to-day tasks include maintaining communication with buyers, preparing samples, assisting with pricing and order follow-up, and tracking shipment schedules.

This role requires attention to detail, an interest carpets, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on the factory floor and in the office.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with buyers, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and basic understanding of carpets (prior industry exposure is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, email) and comfort working with order tracking or documentation tools.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to fast-changing buyer demands, and grow into more senior merchandising responsibilities.
