Job Summary

Manage daily vehicle movement, pickups, deliveries, and coordination with transporters, drivers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Track vehicles and shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Confirm pickup quantity, bag count, address, and material readiness.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Check vehicle, driver, capacity, and route details.
- Handle delays, breakdowns, and replacement vehicles.
- Maintain daily vehicle and shipment reports.
- Monitor delivery TAT and follow up on pending shipments.
- Support in controlling transportation costs.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in logistics/transportation/fleet operations.




- Basic knowledge of FTL/PTL and vehicle tracking.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 per month
