AWA Teknik Private Limited is inviting applications from motivated fresh graduates and entry-level candidates for the position of Junior MEP Design Engineer.

We offer an opportunity to develop practical engineering skills and gain exposure to real-world projects across residential, commercial, healthcare and institutional sectors.

Position Details

- Position: Junior MEP Design Engineer
- Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Contractual
- Minimum Contract Period: 1 Year
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM

Training & Compensation StructureThe appointment includes two stages: First 2 Months – Structured Technical Training
- Comprehensive MEP engineering training.
- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting fundamentals.
- AutoCAD drafting and engineering drawings.
- Practical assignments and technical evaluations.
- Stipend: No stipend during the initial two-month training period.

Remaining 10 Months – Project Work
- Involvement in active MEP consultancy projects.
- Practical engineering design and documentation.
- Project coordination and technical support.
- Monthly Salary: ₹7,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting design.




- Prepare engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Support engineering calculations and project coordination.
- Participate in technical training and student engagement activities.
- Assist with marketing, professional outreach and business development.
- Coordinate with architects, clients, students and project teams.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
- Basic understanding of MEP systems.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Significant Contractual Conditions – Please Read CarefullyCandidates must understand and be comfortable with the following conditions before applying:
1. Minimum contractual commitment of one year, including the initial two-month training period.
2. Mandatory two-month notice period in case of resignation or discontinuation.
3. Candidates voluntarily terminating the contract before completing one year will be subject to applicable training cost reimbursement as specified in the signed agreement.
4. Failure to serve the required notice period will attract applicable salary in lieu of the unserved notice period, in accordance with the signed agreement.
5. Work From Home is not available.

Accommodation will not be provided.
7. Candidates must arrange their own accommodation and commuting facilities.
8. Candidates must bring their own laptop.
