Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient MIS Executive responsible for managing business data, maintaining reports, developing dashboards, and implementing efficient reporting systems using Google Sheets and Excel. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of automation to improve operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage and consolidate data from different departments into structured reporting systems.
- Create and maintain Google Sheets and Excel dashboards to track business performance and key metrics.
- Use advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, IF, ARRAYFORMULA, and QUERY.
- Identify duplicate entries, data discrepancies, and errors to maintain data accuracy.
- Develop automated reporting systems using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Apps Script.
- Implement data validation, dynamic dropdowns, and structured data management systems.
- Analyse data and generate meaningful reports to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect, verify, and update required information.




- Identify inefficient reporting processes and suggest improvements through automation and system implementation.
- Maintain proper data organisation, access control, and backup systems.
- Train and assist team members in using Google Sheets and reporting systems effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Graduate in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of formulas, functions, pivot tables, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Google Apps Script and automation is an advantage.
- Experience in data consolidation, validation, and reporting.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and implement improved systems.
