Job Title: Junior Industrial Engineer (IE)

Industry: Garment Manufacturing – Woven

Location: Chennai

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Operation Bulletins (OB) for sample garments.
- Calculate and validate thread consumption for sample styles.
- Conduct method study and time study for garment operations.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Pattern, and Production teams to ensure accurate IE data.
- Analyze garment construction and suggest process improvements.
- Calculate and validate SMV for garment operations.
- Support the sample department in achieving productivity and quality targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Mandatory experience in woven garments.
- Knowledge of Operation Bulletins (OB), thread consumption, and SMV calculations.
- Understanding of garment construction, sewing operations, and production processes.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
