Job Title : Engineer / Junior Engineer Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production machinery, equipment, and assembly stations as per SOPs and work instructions.
- Carry out assembly, testing, inspection, packing, and material handling activities.
- Maintain production targets related to quantity, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use prescribed PPE.
- Perform in-process quality checks and immediately report defects or abnormalities.
- Support line changeovers, preventive maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and report machine breakdowns,



safety hazards, and quality concerns.
- Maintain discipline and housekeeping standards in the work area.
- Shift working, Canteen & Transport facility is available.
