Key Responsibilities / Requirements.

- Conduct quality inspection of packed finished goods to ensure compliance with approved packing standards and customer requirements.
- Perform Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) and coordinate customer PDI activities.
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of 5S and Safety standards in the Packing & Dispatch area.
- Prepare, implement, and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and quality inspection checklists.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, continuous improvement, and corrective actions to improve quality and operational efficiency.
