Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Content Creator – Hindi based in Bengaluru South.

The Junior Content

Creator – Hindi will support the creation of short-form and long-form Hindi content for digital platforms, including social media posts, basic scripts, captions, and blog-style pieces. The role involves adapting content from English to Hindi, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming ideas with the team, drafting and revising content, coordinating with designers or marketers, and meeting deadlines for planned campaigns.



The individual will also assist in basic content research, gather feedback, and refine material to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong command of written and spoken Hindi, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and grammatically accurate content.
- Basic familiarity with digital content formats (social media posts, short videos, blogs) and interest in content creation or marketing.
- Ability to translate or adapt content from English to Hindi while maintaining meaning, tone, and cultural sensitivity.
- Valuable attention to detail, ability to follow guidelines, and openness to feedback and revisions.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in content creation, media, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer and internet usage; familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook is beneficial.
