Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects under the guidance of senior team members in a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with concept development, preparing drawings and 3D models, producing design presentations, and contributing to detailed design and documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, supporting project planning activities, and helping ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

The Junior

Architect will participate in site visits,



collect and organize project data, and help align design solutions with sustainability, regulatory, and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into explicit drawings and models.
- Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, workflows, or design technologies.
- Basic understanding of Project Management principles, including planning, coordination, and documentation support.
- Proficiency in common architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design and visualization tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in documentation and design work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate design ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
