Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 4–5 years of experience in institutional, hospital, and resort projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the Main Architect, supervising ongoing projects, and ensuring the quality of interior works, finishing, and overall project execution in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Coordination

- Coordinate with the Main Architect for design development, drawings, and project execution.
- Review architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and detailing.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate design changes and technical requirements to site teams.
- Assist in preparing and updating architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.

2. Project Site Supervision

- Supervise ongoing construction and architectural projects at various sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify discrepancies or execution issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and site supervisors.
- Supervise interior works, including flooring, ceiling, painting, partitions, carpentry, and other finishing activities.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of finishing works as per design specifications.
- Ensure proper coordination of interior design elements with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services.

Project Documentation and Reporting

- Prepare daily or periodic site progress reports.
- Maintain site inspection records, drawings, and project-related documentation.
- Report project progress, delays, and technical issues to the Main Architect and Management.
- Assist in quantity estimation, material planning, and project scheduling.
- Track project milestones and follow up on pending works.

5. Institutional and Specialized Projects

- Assist in the execution and supervision of institutional buildings, hospitals, resorts, and other commercial projects.
- Ensure architectural designs meet functional, aesthetic, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure compliance with applicable building standards and project specifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in architectural project execution and site supervision.
- Experience in institutional, hospital, resort, or commercial projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural software.
- Positive knowledge of construction drawings, interior detailing, materials, and finishing techniques.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
