Company Description Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) is a Central University located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, established on 10 January 1996. Role Description The JRF/Project Associate role is a full time, hybrid position based in Uttar Pradesh, India, with the possibility of performing some tasks remotely. The role involves conducting research activities under the guidance of the principal investigator, including literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, and documentation of findings. The selected candidate will assist in project planning, coordination, and reporting, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.

Responsibilities also include preparing research manuscripts, project reports, and presentations,



as well as contributing to training or mentoring of students involved in the project. The role may require periodic on-campus presence in Lucknow or at the satellite campus in Amethi for meetings, fieldwork, or laboratory-based activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Research and Analytical Skills for designing studies, interpreting data, and producing evidence-based outputs.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for writing reports and manuscripts, presenting findings, and collaborating with project team members.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Training skills to help coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, and support capacity-building of students or junior team members.
- A relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., Master’s in a related discipline) and eligibility as per applicable funding agency norms for JRF/Project Associate positions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team, with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in academic or applied research projects, familiarity with research tools or software, and knowledge of ethical research practices are advantageous.
