Job Purpose:

Oversees the operation and maintenance of a facility's utilities, ensuring reliable and efficient service while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibility:

- Overall secure operation& Maintenance responsibility utility
- Uninterrupted utility supply.
- Coordination with other functions.
- Stock monitoring of boiler & utility chemicals & Procurement as required
- Implementation of IMS,5S, RC, IATF16949 standards
- Knowledge of O& M of utility; energy saving & increase efficiency.
- Strong understanding of utility systems, including electrical, water, and wastewater systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and operational problems.
- Familiarity with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience in managing budgets, tracking expenditures,



and identifying cost savings.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of utility workers (if applicable).
- Professional certifications in utilities, energy management, or related areas may be beneficial.
- Support and maintain updated records of compliance related to the Integrated Management System (IMS), International Automotive Task Force (IATF) 16949, customer audits, and Responsible Care (RC)

Need to Operate AFBC Boiler and other utilites (no Power Plant) Must be from Chemical Based Industry
