Job Responsibilities

- Create accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop architectural models for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Work on outsourced international and domestic BIM projects.
- Understand architectural and construction drawings.
- Maintain model accuracy and follow project standards.
- Coordinate with team members to complete projects within deadlines.
- Assist in preparing construction documentation and BIM deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of BIM concepts and workflows.
- Knowledge of architectural modeling and detailing.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and civil drawings.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial building projects.
- Good understanding of construction methods and building components.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Civil Technology.




- Candidates with a civil engineering background are preferred.
- Freshers with good Revit knowledge and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Practical knowledge of Revit and BIM modeling will be preferred.
