We are looking for a Technology and Cloud Solutions Architect to drive large-scale transformation consulting engagements and support business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, application modernization, and digital transformation, preferably within the Payments and BFSI domains.

Responsibilities:

Technology Advisory & Architecture Design:

- Assess client IT landscapes and define future-state architecture aligned with business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance on technology modernization, cloud migration, API strategy, microservices, DevOps, and digital transformation initiatives.

Solutioning & Delivery Support:
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions and high-level architecture blueprints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps engineers, data teams, and cybersecurity to ensure successful execution.
- Create technical documentation including current/future state diagrams, system interface models, and solution roadmaps.

Client Engagement & Consulting:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients CxO teams, providing technology direction and identifying opportunities for innovation and cost optimization.
- Lead technical workshops, assessments, and architecture governance forums.

Standards & Governance:
- Establish architecture standards, principles, and reusable frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).

Key Skills & Experience Required:





Must Have

- Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Experience in technology consulting, architecture assessments, gap analysis, and modernization roadmaps.
- Ability to engage with customers, conduct workshops, create consulting presentations, and articulate technical debt and transformation strategies.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, design patterns, APIs, integration frameworks, networking, infrastructure, and security concepts.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevSecOps tools, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Jenkins, and related technologies.
- Experience with Kafka, MQs, distributed systems, caching, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud-native architectures.
- Architecture certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent.
- Robust stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Exposure to AI/ML-led business and engineering solutions.

Good to Have:
- Banking, Payments, Cards, and Financial Services domain expertise.
- TOGAF and Public Cloud certifications.
- Experience in estimation, solution sizing, technical leadership, architecture governance, and delivery oversight.
- Knowledge of SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks, DORA metrics, ITIL principles, chaos/performance testing, monitoring, and data engineering.
- Experience authoring technical blogs, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
